It helps to include your squad’s name, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and your iPhone model and iOS version if it’s about the app.
Common questions
How is my rating worked out?
After each game every player rates the others out of 10. Your match rating is the average, with the single highest and lowest vote dropped once six or more people have voted, so one grudge or one best mate can’t swing it. Your card rating follows your recent form, and new players start from the rating they gave themselves until a few games have been played.
Can anyone see how I voted?
No. Not your squad-mates and not the organiser. Only averages are ever shown.
Do my friends need the app?
No. Players join, vote and see their card from a link in the group chat, on any phone. Only the organiser needs the iPhone app, and organisers can also run a squad from the website.
Something looks wrong with a match
The organiser can edit the teams and score, or void the match so it doesn’t count towards anyone’s rating.
How do I report a player, photo or squad?
Tap the player, photo or squad and choose Report. Reported photos are hidden while they’re reviewed. You can also leave a squad at any time, and organisers can remove a player.
How do I cancel Squad Pro?
If you subscribed in the app, cancel in the iPhone Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Squadcard. If you subscribed on the web, use the manage link in your receipt email. Your squad keeps working on the free plan after it ends.
I paid but Pro isn't showing
In the app go to Settings and tap Restore purchases, making sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID.
How do I delete my account?
In the app go to Settings, then Delete account. It’s removed permanently after 30 days. On the web, open your squad, then “You and your data”, then Delete your data (immediate). You can also email us and we’ll do it for you. The privacy policy explains exactly what is deleted.
